Anyone can recommend a cheap colo for 2 or 3 devices?

I'm looking to get a cheap colo space for 2 or 3 devices (about 4u) with a few amps of power just so i can have "always available" static IP address to connect to a few routers . . I'm in San jose california but would be willing to put them pretty much anywhere.... don't need five 9's . . need cheap!
