Also,

both of my system use Win98 se.

Win98 Internet Sharing is no good for my network card because it will mess up with my Network card IRQ and cause IRQ conflict with other device.

However this is the 21st Century we use Hardware Routers.

my DSL MODEM is not RJ 45. IT's USB!!! ( free, from PacBeLL) Is there any RJ 45 to USB convertor or something? !!!

My prevous router only allow RJ 45. I use Cable in my dorm... but not home.

I try to solve my HOME Internet Sharing.

Sorry no hardware solution for USB modem (may be next year).

Try Sygate a lot of people had better luck with it then with ICS.

@home gives you one to use when you sign up, if thats what you mean.

EDIT- btw, some cable/dsl modems allow you to have the choice of USB or ethernet. Check the back of your modem to make sure there isnt a place for an RJ 45 connector
