Not too many good sales and not much I want but I will probably drive to Microcenter to pickup a 5800x, Asus Mobo and some ram to round out a new build.

Probably not. I came very close to buying the 2021 Fire HD 10 for $75, since I could trade in my 2017 model for 20% off and a $30 gift card. But what I have now is just fine for what I use it for - browsing reddit/websites when going on trips, which I don't take very often. I'd have to buy a new case anyways.

No. Thanks to American health insurance I have little disposable income. And truth be told I really dont need any more crap in my house.

I don't need anything specific so probably won't buy anything, but I do like to look for any good deals in case I do see something I know I'll need.

Pretty much trying to save my money as best as I can so I can pay off the credit line.

I let my BOINC/WCG membership languish for the past year but I've got 2 of the 4 operational rigs back up and I'm going to have to leave it at that unfortunately. My local utility has started putting what I'll call "shame emails" detailing how much more electricity I use than similar homes and . . . ok, yes, it's working. God I am such an easy target.

Aside from the "shame" factor, electricity in deez parts is pretty f***ing expensive. At around 18 cents/kwh last I checked. And since I'm a pretty serious (but selective) cheapskate. it also appeals to my dusty, fossilized wallet. Hehe. Kidding.

But I DO want another somewhat current rig really, really badly. My lastest is an original AMD 32 thread Ryzen. And now that WCG has at least one GPU capable app (that all the GPU vultures are quite literally feasting on), putting those old 7850 cards in a 2600k just isn't doing it for me.

Hulu is running their $1 a month for 12 months deal again so that was my big splurge for BF.

I need a new keyboard so if there is a good enough sale I might get one. I need to have a yard sale to get rid of crap.

I have a keypad on my front door and it makes life much easier than using a key.
Yes, I already have for the front door over 3 years ago, very convenient not having to use keys. This new ReliaBilt will be spares. :D

Bought a new mouse because my Logitech got the double click issue.

Also finally found RDR2 for sale on PC.

Another big +1 for electronic locks. My house came with one in front and I want one for the back but with a matching key … been too lazy to figure out how to do that so that two pack is tempting.

Other than that, bought a couple cheap PS4/5 games on sale already. There are some minor sales out there for decent forged wheels, might grab a set for next driving/track season.

Bought a laptop for the business, picked up some Milwaukee packout boxes from Home Depot, and some patio chairs from Home Depot. Don't really need anything and these were mostly impulse buys. I'd like a big tool chest to re-work my garage storage but don't feel like spending the $500-1000 for one that I'd want.
