Anyone buy from FTIcomputer.com before?

Has anyone ordered froM fticomputer.com? Their online order system is saying my order is "processing" and when I call them up, they're telling me the order already shipped, but for some reason they dont have a UPS # for it? Next they tell me they cant find the order. Has anyone dealt with these people before?

its not listed. I actually did get the UPS tracking #. It didnt get inputted into their computer but the package is arriving towmorrow so I am happy
