My little brother ordered a 9800Pro from their site on last Monday, and hasn't heard from them since. He's been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's getting a bit ridiculous. I told him to call this Tuesday morning to see what is going on. Has anyone else ran into problems with this site? If I had been there, I would have insisted he use Newegg, as I never shop anywhere else on the web for hardware.
 
yeah the lifetime rating is just a six :-/ but the last 6 months rating is a ten. he called me one day and asked what vid card to get for a 200 budget and I told him a 9800Pro is good and within his budget. also that it'd play nice with his TV card. he didn't tell me untill yesterday he had ordered it from these people.
