Anyone bought a refurb Mobo from Newegg ?

If so, does it really only come with just the motherboard or do you usually get at least a cable or two and the backplate ?
 
Depends. I accidentally ordered one and it was just the motherboard. Basically it comes with whatever extras they happen to have for it, so nothing is guarenteed.
 
Maybe not a good value then, especially when buliding a system from scratch. Those cables do come in handy then.
 
Don't buy anything refurb from newegg. They don't even send it back to the manufacturer for repairs. It's stuff that has been sent back to them someone has deemed unworthy to use, that could mean it's broken, doesn't oc well ect ect. The risk isn't worth it IMO.
