Anyone bought a "Jewel Case" game from GoGamer?

Hi group,

I was searching for the best price for Sacred, and I came across a "Jewel Case" version of Sacred for $25, compared to maybe $15 more for the boxed version. Is there any reason I wouldn't want to get the "JC" version? I mean....I certainly don't see the need to pay $15 for a box.

Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks!

If you value the worth of the manual and box to be $15, then get the boxed version. :)

Considering the manual is probably on the game CD as a PDF file, paying the extra $15 for the box and manual is worthless, IMHO.

Thanks. I didn't think about the manual issue, but you're right, I'll assume it's on the CD.

God, I'm such a cheapskate.

That's being smart...not being cheap. Hell, most manuals today aren't worth the paper they are printed on. There's no way in the world I'd pay an extra $15 for the box and manual if you get the manual in PDF or electronic form.

The only exception to that would be RPG games like Fallout, NWN, etc. where the manauls are very well done and contain a lot of useful information.
