Anyone boiling crawfish

Cooked around 65 pounds last saturday. Had boudin, sausage, corn, potatoes, and mushrooms on the side.

Was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras/my birthday this year.... needless to say, I discovered Boudin balls. oh my god. delicious shit. :thumbsup:

Not a huge fan but I'll eat it. Honestly prefer to sub in shrimp for crawfish.

Ate some crawfish yesterday. Absolutely delicious. When it's not crawfish season you can take your pot and seasoning and boil a ham. It comes out delicious and spicy and makes a damn good sandwich!

I miss having crawfish parties.

A long time family friend would every year take a pickup truck, line the bed to water proof it and get a full load of crawfish and bring them back to south FL. He'd sell most of it for profit but then would throw a yearly crawfish party in his neighborhood. Was always so damn good and fun.

As good as the food was, the company was better.

Mom, dad, my brother, cousin, best buddy, friends,,, all came over. We had a few drinks, talked for hours and had a great time.
