Anyone been to Spain?

I know folks all buy prepaid ones as opposed to the plans in the US. Anyone know if it would be convenient and how much it would cost to buy a card with a couple hundred local minutes and that I could receive long distance on while over there?

Obviously I'll be bringing an unlocked gsm compatible phone with me.

In Germany a starter kit with a sim car w/ new telefon number and an hour or more of minutes runs around 55 euros from D2-Vodafon, probably the same in Spain. Refill minutes are like 15, 25, 50 euros.
