Could someone tell me why this site is not shutdown? Isn't this.. illegal??

WARNING!!!! VERY GRAPHIC

My Highschool had to block this website because everyone on the comp lab went to this site and saw bunch of sick sh*t 24/7...

How can they maintain a site like this without being sued or whatever??

If you live in the bible belt, probably 99% of the stuff there.

Otherwise, It's just plain sick.

And yes, I've been there. I don't know what's scarier, the pictures or the fact that people had the pics to post there.
