Anyone been through visiontek support lately?

I bought a Ti4600 when they first came out and it finally died on me. Visiontek says the best they can do is a tradeup program since they are a new company and they only sell ATI now. Anyone have any luck having them replace a card for free?
 
They replaced a Ti500 for me about 6 months ago. It took forever and many, many emails, but they finally came thru for me.
