Anyone at UW Milwaukee?

I think I have found an acceptable roommate that has an apartment on E Kenwood about 2-3 blocks N of Capitol Drive. Any optioning on that area? Rent is $640/month (2 bedroom).

Used to live down there. Thats about right. It's all highway robbery, they know you're a student with little choice. For $640/month you get a rat hole. Enjoy.

It is not terrible. The building is certainly older (and all hardwood floors, thank god it is on the second), but it looks to have been maintained pretty well. My (potential) roommate has lived there a year and had no major problems.

It is also cheaper because that is two miles from campus.
