anyone also experienced image corruption with Forceware?

Previous official 45.23 doesn't shows any bad image corruption when I'm gaming Midnight Club II. But recently, since installing that official 52.16 Forceware, I encountered this image problem playing the game mentioned. Does any one also have issues with this latest drivers which are supposed to provide better gfx image and etc.. for FX series, which unfortunately, my FX-5800 doesn't. Who else, maybe, I post the captured screen so that you guys roughly have an idea what I experienced. Sorry if the pic is too large.

I just got a fx5900 and also have problems with the 52.16, installation and websurfing produces no problems but as mentioned in another post, rise of nations started having so flickering and just yesterday, i got final fantasy xi and noticed problems in that as well. I went back to the 45.23 since they provide the best overall results for me.
 
I think it must have something to do with the hardware manufacturer... cause a lot of people say they get lots of image corruption in BF1942 and the Desert Combat mod... they both work perfectly for me.
