Anyone admin a site that uses vdeck control panel?

I took over doing admin for a site hosted by ipowerweb.com that uses vdeck as the control panel. A bunch of people had email addys set up earlier but weren't using them until now. Two things I'm trying to find out...

1. People are asking me what their email password is. As far as I can tell, I can't look it up, I can only change it. Is that right?

2. There's no way for people to change their email password on their own, even through the webmail interface. True?
