Anyone able to ID this memory?

After finding out that my PNY Generic Ram had infineon chips on it, i thought i would see what my other stick was.

PC 133 Ram -128 Meg Stick
The Ram Sticker StatesM38E 128S88PQWS75
On the Chips it Says PQI-3588W750038

Any Help would be appreciated

Looking at the Website PQI Taiwan it says that the new number for that memory is MS3828UPW-T88A3 , maybe they manufacturer it themselves, i dont knwo.
