Anybody work with Fortigate?

I have a couple of clients with Fortigate SoHo Firewalls, and I'm trying to create a policy for specific allowed URLs. I have most of the cryptic GUI figured, but this has to be one of the most un-intuitive interfaces I've used.
 
I'm pretty sure it's a 60. I was also warned by several other admins that these things are a PITA when it comes to setting up any kind of filtering, but I have to at least try.

I assume URL white listing is configured via the 'protection profile', but I'm just guessing at the moment.

I should note I've figured out how to black list just fine.
