I worked there for about a month a long time ago. IIRC, there were CSRs, pizza makers , delivery drivers, and management. Pretty much everyone is cross-trained to answer phones and make pizzas. During the day (depending on the location of course) there's usually only 1-2 drivers and a manager.
I delivered for Dominoes for 3 years and they operated pretty much the same way.
