Not a good idea. In fact, it's counter productive. You just negated ALL the work you did on the first day you worked them out when you worked the out the second day.

Depends on your body type and age and level of conditioning. Arnold worked our some same parts every day sometimes twice a day.

sounds like you're the kind of person that doesn't work out your legs since you stick to the same body part.

Arnold was on a ton and a half of steroids, too.

man, it's a good thing i don't get workout advice from you ATOT guys. i'm a strong guy. i have (by ATOT standards) a big chest, big arms, and big legs. i eat right, work out hard, and i do both regularly.
it seems that most of you haven't worked out hard or long enough to adopt some of the less used routines. after several months (and up to a year) individuals usually experience plateaus. i.e., week after week they're lifting the same weight, regardless of how hard they work out. during times like this it's necessary to give your muscles a "shock." there are various methods to shock your muscles into growth. typically they require some kind of unorthodox routine. for example, when i experience a plateau on chest, i'll only do incline exercises for 2-3 weeks, then go back to flat and decline bench. another of these "shock methods" is to work out the same group 2 days in a row, like what i just finished doing.
you know, for some things this board is extremely resourceful, but when it comes to other things (i.e. girls, working out, etc) the majority of you guys don't know sh!t.
