Anybody who's playing "The Thing"

Please help me...

I'm on level 2 and for the life of me can't figure it out. How the h*ll do I get past those hi voltage power wires or in that door that is blocked. I was just starting to get into this game and am now stuck. I found the other guy in the room gave him a gun so now he trusts me. What am I doing wrong?

Can't help you, but how is the game? I was considering picking it up (especially since Best Buy sells the DVD with it for $5.00), but I'm not sure if I should go PC or PS2.

Ummm if you have the black guy then you need to use him to fix the power cable by a door on the otherside of the room. That will turn on the power for the comptuer next to it that you use to get further back and then there will be a second guy (a medic) and a switch that you use the engineer to turn the power off.


The game seems pretty good so far. I haven't gotten too much into it yet so I can't tell all that much

yeah with this tip I can finally move on.

I've been having a hard time getting into games lately and I had just started getting into this one when i got stuck. playing FPS's all the time numbs your brain to these easy puzzeles. LOL
