Hehehe, I thought it was funny that it takes place in Milwaukee, WI (hometown). Unfortunately, neither the landscape, nor the neighborhoods look anything like southeastern Wisconsin. Although, its still funny to hear the different areas of downtown over the radio ("Miller Park nor the Riverwalk areas are no longer safe").

It was the first 10 minutes of the movie, unedited, as you'd see it in the theather. Same for what they did with Taking Lives, kinda. I'm not sure if it's available online or not though.

It was on around 10 or so, after Final Destination, on the USA Network.

Well, the first one was pretty good so I am hopefull for the remake. I wonder if it is going to be as long as the first one.

 

The original DotD was a classic, though it's REALLY dated. You can't watch it now without laughing at the horrible acting and makeup. Still when it came out it was horrific. The new one looks like typical Hollywood action, unlike the first. It looks like they are stealing from 28 Days Later as well. The zombies seem to run around in this one, unlike the original where they were in a stupor. I am going to see it anyway, I am a big "Dead" fan. Saw Day of the Dead this weekend. What a POS.

Well I finally watched it and it looks good but like dwell I prefer the slower moving rotting corpse style zombies .

I saw it last night, I didnt know they were showing a 10 minute clip.....
so i came into it right before the little girl bites her father.....I thought...ah its just the stupis commerical...but then it kept going and going and going...

And I was thinking...ummm...someone over at the network screwed up and is showing the whole damn movie?

 

Just watched the clip. It looks really good but not true to DotD. Oh well, I will see it anyway.
