It seems like a nice choice because all of the power leads come out of the "left" side of the power supply (extra clearance for drive bays?).

Am just wondering if the screw hole line up properly and if it fits in properly with a short drive such as a Lite-On?

From what I've read, yes. Do a search here and I think you'll find a few threads discussing this. It seems to be a very popular replacement for the X-QPack, was well as the Enermax Liberty and Noisetakers.

I actually got a Seasonic Super Tornado 300 and it doesn't fit quite right.

Problem is that the X-Qpack has a flange of metal in the lower left corner of the back of the case that interferes with where the power plug inlet is (plug plugs in ok; it's just that the plastic socket edge inteferees with that extra flange of metal on the X-Qpack. Nothing that some tin snips can't take care of, though. Just not plug and play, I guess.
