Anybody used the Asus VH236H monitor?

I'm thinking of trying this monitor out. How is it for gaming? Did you notice any dithering artifacts like screen door or faint mesh/canvas pattern while gaming?

I know people that have this monitor, it's a good unit. You will see gradient/dithering effects on certain content, I've noticed it for example while watching a Blu Ray. On gaming I didn't notice it, but I didn't spend much time on it either. I did not see any screen door effect. Out of the box the calibration is awful, but it can be adjusted to have good color and proper contrast/brightness.

Black levels are about as good as most LCD monitors, which is to say not very good. For $150 you really can't go wrong. The worst part of the monitor is probably the stand.
