The H170 chipset is great for your needs. No need for the Z. This board looks fine. I personally went with the ASUS H170 Pro Gaming. It has been solid.
We're assuming that you have a SkyLake CPU and DDR4 to populate that board.
It seems a bit strange that someone would be replacing a SkyLake mobo at this early stage.
