No, I am not into gaming at all, It will be used as an entertainment system only

The H170 chipset is great for your needs. No need for the Z. This board looks fine. I personally went with the ASUS H170 Pro Gaming. It has been solid.

We're assuming that you have a SkyLake CPU and DDR4 to populate that board.
It seems a bit strange that someone would be replacing a SkyLake mobo at this early stage.

SkyLake is great. It is just you said you were upgrading your board. You didn't mention you were buying a new CPU and DRAM for that board.

A new Skylake CPU and DDR4 and you're good to go.
