One of these came with my rig on a 1gig T-bird. Looks like a nice unit. Big and I like the clip too. Seems to keep it cool also. 38 degrees at full load with case open. Found one place on pricewatch that has them and for only about $15.
It has 2 bands on the clip and ends up on one side with a large tab to hook on the last side.
