Anybody use temp agencies to find a job out of college?

It's been a month since I've graduated and I feel so useless not having a job. Bleh. I'm going to apply to a few temp agencies and see if that'll help.

Also, how long did it take for you guys to find a job when you graduated?

What did you study? I had an internship right out of college, got it extended and then secured a job before it was up.

...so I guess you could say I didn't have my first real job until a year after college (but the internship was paid).
