Anybody use Super to convert an AVI to play in a stand alone DVD?

A vcd is mpeg1 video on a cdr. A dvd machine usually supports vcd's. The regular dvd is mpeg2 video and uses dvdr media. Super is not the best if you want to make a DVD video disc. If I remember correctly, the program just converts the video to a single .vob file. Plus, the default selections chosen for a outputting a particular type of video seem to be always wrong. The freebies DVD Flick and Avi2Dvd probably are better solutions for you in my opinion.
