I have recently been overloaded with RFQs (request for quotes) and am having trouble managing my clients. I have been letting clients "fall through the cracks" becuase I don't have their info on the top of my mind. I currently use Outlook Xp's calanedar and tasks to manage everything. I have pretty much outgrown this. What I am looking for is some sort of software where I or my client can add tickets into a system for their needs and it would remind me. I use Quickbooks Pro for my accounting and it works great.
Something web-based would be cool and FREE is a definate plus.
