anybody use any type of project management software?

I have recently been overloaded with RFQs (request for quotes) and am having trouble managing my clients. I have been letting clients "fall through the cracks" becuase I don't have their info on the top of my mind. I currently use Outlook Xp's calanedar and tasks to manage everything. I have pretty much outgrown this. What I am looking for is some sort of software where I or my client can add tickets into a system for their needs and it would remind me. I use Quickbooks Pro for my accounting and it works great.

Something web-based would be cool and FREE is a definate plus.

Anybody use something like this?

It's not free, but I think ACT! would work well for you.

Do a search for it. You can often find it for less than $50 if you look hard enough.

Wow this looks pretty nice. Only problem is that it dosn't sync with my iPaq Pocket PC, only Palm OS devices.

It even has integration with QuickBooks.

Any hits on where u can find it for $50? It says it retails for $199

You can get Act2000 OEM at MWave for $19. Just order a floppy cable with it or something. Hehehe.

It even has integration with QuickBooks.

Any hits on where u can find it for $50? It says it retails for $199

actually, i think act2000 does work with pocketpc's. they use that here at work, and i was able to import my stuff from my hp jornada into ACT at home.
