Anybody use a USB FM Tuner?

So I'd like to be able to listen to Sirius in my basement, but that's obviously not going to happen because there are no windows. I'm thinking that I can place the tuner upstairs with the FM modulator turned on and then listen via FM in the basement. Now all I need is a good USB FM Tuner that can pick up the signal. Any suggestions?

Not to every channel, and not to most channels without paying for it.

I'm interested in anybody that's using a good USB FM tuner as well. I've looked into Radio Shark but it doesn't save in mp3 format and I don't want to convert.

Come on guys. Anybody out there use a USB FM tuner?
