o yeah, our school, SMU, didn't close but they closed all other activities (including the TATE lecture series) when all the rich folks come over to hear a guest lecturer...

guess SMU values the rich donors to the students

hellz no man. i can barely even think straight after this WTC situation. i'm just glad my family is ok. i really do pray for those who were not so fortunate

lucky!...our school is quite ruthless about closing campus. They won't close school even when there is icing (try to get to school when there is ice on the ground)...more or less try to walk!

Trying to get a frame of mind that will let me study, taking C++ data structures.

I have to dig into it, but really am not into it.

Have a couple friends at the Pentagon where we don't know their status. Our command was unable to reach them, they are the only ones unaccounted for in our command/unit.

in today's campus newspaper, this guy who was in my senior level national security class WROTE ABOUT HOW US WAS A RENEGADE nation...blah blah..he was a realist...

I can't think clearly, the thought of those two planes crashing into the WTC lingers in my mind. It's like it keeps repeating over and over again...i'm afraid i'm gonna have nightmares when i sleep...eek!

Woke up expecting schools to be closed at 6:53, schools are open at 6:54, shower at 6:54:01, checked anandtech board at 6:58, getting on bus in 30 seconds
