Anybody seen one of the new Nforce 415-D's yet?

I am about ready to build a new unit for the home and thought the 415-d would make a great starting point. Decent onboard sound, USB 2.0, built in networking, and a supposedly reasonable price. Only problem is, it doesn't seem to be out yet. Has anybody seen a listing or a review of them? I saw the little blurb about the Abit board last week, but nada since then.

looks like its available in europe now -- no idea why they would get something before the US ...
