Anybody seen "A Sound Of Thunder"?

Yeah, just watched it a couple nights ago. It comes from a Ray Bradbury story so I was expecting more, but it's kinda crappy. The special effects were really cheesy, and one of the actresses kept going back and forth between an American and British accent. It's basically a Saturday night Scifi-level movie.

It wasn't straight to DVD. It actually went to theaters but didn't make much money. A lot of people complained that the acting and fx were poor.

Personally, I thought it was an enjoyable movie.

It was a short story that was made into a short (<30min) film for TV (Ray Bradbury Theater). The only significant point is the "twist" at the end, and an entire feature length film is unnecessary. Amazing that it even made it to production.
