I thought it was a good flick.

A total Blade rip-off, but good.

I thought it was pretty lame that the hybrid werewolf/vampire still got his a$$ handed to him by the Elder Vampire. Didn't the movie characters say that the hybrid would be invincible against all?

Whatever. Well, they totally set it up for a sequel, eh?...........

it was an ok movie. to answer your concern though, the hybrid had just been "born". after just 5 minutes of being "alive" he has a decent fight with the most powerful vampire, who by the way is thousands of years old. and i don't see how you can say that he had his ass handed to him.

saw it last night, was very dissapointed that I did see any skin. i mean come-on, rated R, hot chick, i wanna see some boobies.

but yea, thought it was kinda lame how Victor died so quickly. reminds me of star wars ep1 when darth mau was kicking hella ass, then one slice, he's dead.

This makes no sense to me whatsoever:

Once upon a time in Mexico

Underworld

Once upon a time in Mexico SUCKED. Underworld was OK. Those tomato ratings should be reversed.

As ironic as it sounds, the movie about Vampires and Werewolves was NOT the movie that had more of the comic-book/cartoon villains and the cardboard acting.

i enjoyed Once upon a time in Mexico for the most part. some of the movie was just stupid, but it was able to keep me interested. now i will have to see Underworld and defy critics by liking it!

I was entertained and enjoyed it. The editing was kinda sloppy, but still that it was a decent flick.

To the original poster, saying that it was a Blade ripoff requires somebody to be highly intoxicated to come to that conclusion. What, so both movies have vampires in it therefore it is ripping off Blade? Besides the vampire thing, I saw no similarities what so ever between Underworld and Blade.

i dont' think there was anything that even resembled blade.. well except fighting.. oh, and vampires... but other than that.. the story was really good i thought... i liked how viktor just walked around like a badass, and whooped everyone's ass.. but then he died just like that.. that was pretty lame... everyone laughed at that part.... and kate beckinsale was freakin hot.. i also thought it was dumb how they made the big deal about those special bullets, and they used it like.. twice.. and after those uv bullets were used the first time, no one else died like that.. or at least we didn't see it..

it was a mixture of hulk(morphing), blade(vampires), and matrix (guns, guns)...

found it funny actually

I just got back from seeing it. I thought it was pretty good. The story line was very good I thought. It is worth seeing, I give it a B.

I saw it. I'll give it a 4/10, it really was that bad. I'd rate it lower if I wasn't completely drunk when I saw it, I think that made it a bit more enjoyable.

It was okay. I thought the scene where the guy had those silver whips was pretty cheesy. They made it seem like he was going to be badass, then five seconds later he gets his ass handed back to him

Also, the scene where Vicotor gets killed was lame. Yeah, it's just a movie, but I hate when they do that deal to where the guy gets his head cut off but doesn't realize it until just before it slides off.

I was disappointed. The both the script and execution of the movie seemed rushed and/or underdeveloped.
