Anybody recieve their Vista upgrade via XP?

I've been patiently waiting for months for my Vista upgrade to XP. This is from the certificate that comes bundled with XP OEM.

Now all of a sudden, the status page is saying "Order Canceled". I have no idea why. Has this happened to anyone else?
