I have about half the books sitting on my bookshelf unread. I only read the first one, Vector Prime and it seemed pretty good. I dunno, but I liked it better when all the action was contained in their one galaxy. How are the rest of the books? Does every book have a plot to serve the entire series, or is it pretty much segmented into individual books?

Yes, I know. One important character dies in Vector Prime. The characters are not invincible.

Except I'm not 14.

ok, well, then, I dont' read too many star wars books. I did however read this one book about the different bounty hunters, it had a story about IG -88 and Boba Fett.

NJO had a huuuuuuuge plot, it was a really fresh experience from previous SW books. Great reads, I loved em.

Good book. It was part of a series of star wars short stories. The other two books are Tales from Mos Eisley Cantina (which chronicled stories of the various people in Mos Eisley Cantina in Episode IV, and how their stories all connected) and Tales from Jabba's Palace (which chronicled various tales of the characters in Jabba's palace). They were all edited by Kevin J. Anderson.

My mom moved all my books while I was in school. I have yet to organize them.

ah, they looked fairly organized in the picture, but that sucks you have to redo them.

I've read the NJO series. Some books are great, some are 'meh'. If you like Star Wars, the series is a good read.
