Anybody played : " The evil within 2 " on the pc with mouse and keyboard ?

I want to buy this game, but i do not want to fall in the typical keybinding issues trap.
I am lefthanded and i use inverted Y look.
I use the arrow keys for movement and use the insert,home,page up, page down end and delete for keybindings as use and weapon selection.
Right CTRL for Jump and numpad 0 for crouching. numpad 1 for reload.
I exchanged the mouse buttons in hardware, the pc reads is a right handed mouse while in practice the LMB and RMB are exchanged, so that is not be an issue.

Can the keys, The evil within 2 uses be binded to the keys i prefer as well ?
And can the Y (up/down) mouse look be inverted ?
And how is the first person view that is now possible ?

I bought the game. For as far as i can tell, the keybindings all work.
Type C allows for keyboards + mouse.
I use END for interaction, although the END key is also used in the menu and the menu will go one step back, it is possible to assign the END to USE and INTERACTION.
It is also possible to assign multiple actions to one key.
This is also done with the default keybindings.
mouse can be inverted. Lot of customization.

It uses the STEM engine, a modified engine that is based on idtech.

I played a bit through chapter one.
The in game scenes look very good.
I am happy i bought the game.
