anybody play MAME? What's the deal with ver .54???

Ver .36 of winmame has a nice windows interface...I really like it. But the new ver .54 does NOT seem to have the winmame windows interface? Why not?

I believe version .54 is the DOS run version, .36 is the latest MAME32 version. Stick with .36 MAME32, unless you really like using DOS (I don't). Same game compatibility, features, etc, just different numbers.
