Anybody play "cardboard kitty?"

I was just listening to some 15 year olds story on the radio about making cardboard kittys that show up in the street and force drivers to take evasive action to avoid killing the cat. I've never heard of this before. I think the kids are nuts. This is very stupid to set things up to cause car accidents.

The cops wrote the kids up for lesser charges. I heard the story as the mother was consulting a lawyer on the radio regarding fighting the charges. This sounds quite dangerous and the kids are stupid. I just never heard of this type of action, meaning the phrase "cardboard kitty." The foolish kids did this at night.
