Two weeks ago I placed an order with Etronics for a pair of headphones.
A week ago I got an email saying that DHL had lost hundreds of Etronics' packages.

This notification is to inform you that DHL has contacted us and made us aware of a shipping problem. It appears that they have misplaced several hundred packages within the last week or so. If your order shipped on either Wednesday 3/28/07 or Thursday 3/29/07 or Friday 3/30/07, this situation may apply to you. This is a very serious problem and DHL assures us that it will be fixed immediately and that all customers should receive there packages by Thursday or Friday at the latest.

Once again this is Leo, etronics CS manager with an update on the issue with the order you placed with us. We are working diligently to reship all orders shipped via DHL last week and were undelivered.
DHL has been disputing the status of these packages and are currently holding some of our packages illegally at their holding stations. As of now, etronics has halted any future business with DHL since they have proven to be unprofessional and unreliable. We strongly urge you to do the same.
