Anybody ordered from ClubIT before?

I ordered a mobo from them on the 9th. I'm watching the tracker on fedex.com and it shipped on the 10th and has an ETA of the 16th (tomorrow).

But as for activity, it hasn't done anything since the 11th where it arrived at the Fedex location in City of Industry, CA. It still says ETA of 16th, but I don't see how it's going to get from CA to my house by tomorrow.

Is this normal? Why has there been no package activity since the 11th?

If FEDEX picked the package up from the vendor at that point delivery becomes the responsibility of FEDEX. Call 1-800-go-fedex to find out the status/problems etc. ClubIT is not at fault here it seems. FEDEX does make mistakes, trust me I know first hand. They lose packages too.:brokenheart:

Thanks for the feedback. I called Fedex as you suggested accguy, and they said it's showing that it's on the truck and still scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They didn't seem to have any comment about why their website shows no new activity since the 11th in California. *shrug* As long as it arrives tomorrow.

I've ordered from them a few times and have had no problems. I haven't needed to return anything so I can't comment on their customer service.

Glad to hear you are still on schedule. FEDEX is normally reliable but when they screw up it is usually a major one.

If the package is still in transit, there will be no activity until it reaches the destination depot. The next activity should be the night before the delivery date.

I'm guessing you're in the eastern part of the country? I've had that happen before with cross-country ground shipping. You should be fine. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, then I'd call FedEx again.

Ah thanks again for more info. Yeah I'm in Alabama. I didn't know there would be no updated activity on the website until the night prior. I guess I'm just used to UPS because they always have a handful of status updates.

I've always had good FedEx experience in the past. There's a first time for everything though, so I just wasn't sure if something was going wrong this time. =)

Either that or Fedex is just slow to update. I've had packages delivered, opened installed and up and running while their website still shows it in transit. I wouldn't worry until the 17th.

I've noticed with UPS that sometimes my package has arrived in my city, but they sit on it for 1-3 days before they deliver it on the scheduled date. Fedex could be the same.

As Zap mentioned, there was finally an update tonight, the night before delivery. *shrug* Weird Fedex...

As for my original topic, ClubIT, they get a thumbs up from me assuming the mobo doesn't arrive DOA. =)

Updates only happen when the package is scanned, and packages are scanned only when they get handled. If they're sitting in a truck trailer for a few days, they aren't getting handled, thus don't get scanned, thus the web site doesn't get an update.
