Anybody order from Bluenile.com before?

A friend of mine is thinking about ordering an engagement ring from Bluenile.
If you have ordered from them, what was your experience with them?

Yes, they are great. Pay attention to their estimated ship date - it is accurate. I looked at a bunch of different diamonds that had estimated ship dates shortly after I was ordering, but didn't notice that the one I DID order had an estimated ship date 3 weeks out. End result was I got my free overnight shipping, but it still took 3 weeks to get it.

There is a member here who used to work in the diamond industry, he could give you good advice... djobi or something like that is his name.
