Sometimes you can feel your head shaking along with your heart beat? Sometimes when I'm just sitting in my bed, my head shakes/bobbes left to right or right to left with each beat of my heart and I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this or not. Just feels kinda wierd...

Also was wondering if anybody has ever just gazed at the ground or the ceiling that has a similar pattern across (leaves for example on the ground with similar texture) and just stare at it, moments later you see it moving around in kind of a surreal way, personally I see ripples like as if I'm staring at water...

No I'm not high or on any drugs...

Potential smyptom of High Blood Pressure. You should not feel pulsing in your head that mimic your heartbeat.

Between the first time this happened and now, I have had check ups with the doctor and used one of those heart rate monitors things in longs and if anything, my blood pressure is low... IIRC my Diastolic is around 50 when I'm idle...
 
This happens to me sometimes as well. I feel/hear my pulse in my ears. Oh, and I get the ripples in my vision too sometimes, when I'm sort of zoning out looking at something.
 
I experiance this on a weekly basis, my doc told me it was from a blood vessel that was in close proximity of a nerve in my neck, nothing to worry anbout.

the eye thing i have done before, but not the head thing.
