Anybody like "My Bloody Valentine" (or similar?)

The album "Loveless" knocked me flat on my butt. I had to listen to it 5 or 6 times to really appreciate it.

Anybody else like that genre? (Ride, Cocteau Twins, Mercury Rev, etc).

Probably the best album of the 90's. Very disappointing that they fell off like that. I like a lot of the new "post-rock" stuff that has been coming out lately like Mogwai and GYBE. Seems like MBV would fit right in with that stuff.

Lush is another really fantastic band. They broke up when one of their members hung himself from his door. :(

I saw them 3 times in high school, and met Chris before he off'ed himself. They were amazing. Emma (lead guitar, backup vocals) is in a new band called Sing-Sing that is pretty decent.
