Anybody knows what the hell this means?

This was on my debit card. It's only $2 dollars, but I'm suspicious since my debit card doesn't have theft protection like credit cards do (*i think*). I'm thinking about calling my bank, but wanna make sure it's not some kinda fee so that I don't sound like an idiot.

I'm guessing it's a service charge for using your debit card to buy something or get cash back.

not sure, of course, but when I first saw it I thought of those smart carts at the airport that cost $2 that people truck their luggage around on. Any flights recently?
