I never thought I'd ask this forum, but since no one on HTF can help me, this is my last resort before I start calling construction companies.

But yeah, I'm looking for a piece of sonotube, 20" or bigger in diameter, and at least 36" in height. It's a thick, stiff tube of cardboard used by construction/concrete companies. I need it to build my sub.

Thanks all, if you can actually help me out, I wouldn't mind giving you $5 or so in compensation. (it's not a lot, but it's the notion)

www.concreteconnection.com has some concrete suppliers all across the nation. i'm looking around now to see if they list places that carry sonotubes

Edit: did a search on supplier and detroit... found 4 places, but none list that they carry Sonotubes. I'm guessing that if they carry a lot of the products mentioned they probably carry sonotubes too...

yeah, that would be my last resort........www.sonoco.com is the place I"ve been told to check. Only thing is, with those places, you're usually forced to buy a really long length tube, which I would have difficulty transporting, and I only have use for 3' of it.

Try any construction materials supplier such as a lumberyard. They should be able to help you.
