Anybody know where I can pick up a DC tap for my cable modem wiring?

A DC tap is basically an uneven splitter with minimal signal loss at one leg, and major loss at the other. My cable tech recommended it to me but he didn't have any.

I probably need a DC-4 or DC-6.

The only place online requires a bulk order...
