Anybody know where I can find the software for my HP 3330MFP printer? ***FOUND IT***

HP policy states you cant download thier software.. pay 10 bucks for it and they ship one to you.

otherwise go in with the userid "drivers" password "all" for HP 3300 (the version before 3330 - the different is 3330 has the ADF the 3300 doesnt).

I actually have that "update" file but I need the original software that installs the suite where you can scan etc.

Damn, serious? Where can I go to have one shipped to me? That sucks!

Also, where exactly do I find my serial # on my printer? Is it underneath? I've yet to look there but otherwise I can't seem to find the serial #. I no longer have the box either.

Actually n/m I just found the receipt with the serial on it.

Do you think Comp USA's two year replacement plan will cover this?

go to driverguide.com

search for HP and then go look for 3300c (there are like 11 drivers in there)... use the userid "drivers" and password "all" to get in.

I found one for the 3100 but not the 3300.

That link is not the link to get the software. Someone already mentioned that HP does not leave the software on their website. I'm going to have to pay for it.

No I actually need like the software that the printer uses to scan things. That's mainly what I'm looking for. I can print things by Windows' default/generic printer driver however I cannot utilize the scanner due to not having the software installed.

Couldn't you just use a generic TWAIN driver and use the Microsoft Imaging program that comes with 2000/XP?

It didn't auto install by itself so I don't know where to look exactly.

to much car stuff.....bah i glanced at the thread title and i thought it said "horse power 3330" and i was like holy crap thats alot of power

kinda like that car that had the p-51 mustang engine in it (that was doing like 3k hp)
