Anybody know where I can find a list of syntax or commands for editing the metabase In Microsoft's FTP Service?

I need to do some editing of the metabase in Microsoft's FTP service when I am away from the computer that is hosting the FTP service. So, I dont have that GUI in Microsoft's FTP service. I need to enter the commands via Coldfusion. So does Anybody know where I can find a list of syntax or commands for editing the metabase In Microsoft's FTP Service?
