I have a small copper heatsink, the board has 4 holes around the CPU slot. Are they for edxtra fans? I would like to put a few silent 10-15mm fans on it....

No, the 4 holes around the CPU socket are part of AMD's specification to allow mounting a HSF with four spring loaded screws. To date, the only HSF I know of that utilizes this method is the Swiftech MC462-A.
