Anybody know what was going on with TWC internet in NE Ohio?

Last night tried to get online and was directed to call TWC and basically authenticate the modem. GF called in and it apparently was state-wide, and a reset of the modem fixed it (I didn't try because it was late and just went to bed instead).

Any chance they upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0?
