Anybody know what the laws are for scalping tickets in Texas?

No luck trying to sell these Mumford and Sons tickets on Craigslist (damn mothertruckers string me along then cancel an hour before meet up time). Either I sell this ticket at the venue tomorrow or go enjoy a show all by myself.

So is it illegal or not for me to sell my ticket outside that venue? I'm in the DFW area.

No for it being illegal. People do it all the time at concerts, sports games, etc. PS - what part of DFW are you in? I'm in Plano/work in Addison.
 
Careful on the selling at the venue. I don't if they've changed that or not. I know it was a no-no long while back and may have just been a city ordinance in Dallas.
 
Just check local ordinances. In Nashville, scalpers ply their trade in the open. They are just not allowed to do it next to the venue. Typically they have to be across the street or something like that.
